Products and Pricing

We sell educational books and study materials. Product descriptions, availability, and prices are shown on the website. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change before an order is placed.

Orders and Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or acceptance of an available payment method. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment is not confirmed, or the order information is incomplete or incorrect. If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount received will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier or circumstances outside our control.

Cancellations

Cancellation may be requested before dispatch by calling or WhatsApping +91 85477 29139 or emailing idamktet@gmail.com. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. A 100% refund is available only for a product received damaged, subject to verification using a continuous, unedited unboxing video that begins before the sealed package is opened and clearly shows the shipping label, full opening process, and damage. Website Use

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, images, branding, and study-material presentation, belongs to IDAM School or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on the website.
