Information we process

When you order, contact us or use an account, we process information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details and support requests. When you communicate through WhatsApp, we process your WhatsApp phone number, profile name where available, message content and attachments, and message delivery or read-status information. Website systems may also collect browser and device information, pages visited, cookies and similar identifiers for site operation and usage measurement.

Why we use this information

We use this information to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, respond to enquiries, maintain customer and order records, send service updates, operate the website and WhatsApp integration, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Promotional communications are sent with the required permission. You can ask us to stop promotional WhatsApp messages by replying STOP or emailing us.

Service providers and sharing

We use LentloSites for website, customer-management and messaging services, Meta/WhatsApp for WhatsApp communications, and payment and delivery providers for orders. These providers process relevant information to deliver their services and may process it outside India under their own privacy terms. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Payment information entered with a payment provider is subject to that provider’s policies. Links to other websites have their own privacy policies.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purposes described above, including order support, accounting, resolving disputes and legal requirements. Retention needs vary by record type. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction and deletion requests

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion of website or WhatsApp data, email idamktet@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy or data deletion request”. Identify the phone number or email address used with IDAM and describe your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment-card details. We may request limited information to confirm your identity. We review requests and explain any records that must be retained for legal or operational reasons. Deleting IDAM’s records does not delete records held independently by Meta, payment providers or other third parties.
